Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using WaveGameStream (the "app") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Account and sign-in

You must sign in with your own TikTok account and follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and LIVE rules, including TikTok's age requirements. You are responsible for what you stream.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for your own live streams; which parts are free and which need a membership is set out in section 3. Memberships cannot be transferred either. The app, its art, sounds, games and the WaveGameStream name belong to its developer.

3. Membership and payment

• Automatic key presses and the WIN counter are free. The mini-games in the app need an active membership on your account.
• A membership currently costs 199 THB for 30 days. You pay by PromptPay, to the amount and account shown on the subscribe page, and upload the transfer slip. The membership starts when the administrator has checked that the money arrived and approved the slip.
• Each payment gives 30 days. Nothing renews or charges you automatically: to keep using the games, pay again yourself each period. If you pay while still a member, the new days are added after your current end date.
• We may change the price for future periods. You pay the price shown on the subscribe page at the time you pay; a price change never affects days you have already paid for.
• A membership belongs to the TikTok account that was signed in when you subscribed and cannot be moved to another account.
• Refunds: we refund only duplicate or incorrect payments (for example paying too much, or a payment we did not approve). Contact us with the slip; once checked, we pay it back to the account it came from. Otherwise approved membership fees are not refundable, including unused days.

4. Not allowed

• Using someone else's account, or trying to access, disrupt or attack the server without permission.
• Modifying, reverse engineering, redistributing or selling the app without permission.
• Deceiving viewers, for example promising money or prizes in exchange for gifts, or using the random features for gambling.
• Uploading fake, edited or someone else's payment slips; accounts that do so will be suspended.
• Using the app for anything illegal or against TikTok's rules.

5. Gifts and earnings

Gifts are a TikTok feature; payouts and fees follow TikTok's terms. WaveGameStream never receives, holds or handles gift money.

6. Key presses in other games

Automatic key presses go to the window in front. It is up to you to check that a game allows them; some games with anti-cheat may block or forbid them. We are not responsible for what happens to your game accounts.

7. Third-party services

The app relies on TikTok and other third-party services for sign-in and the LIVE connection. If they change, limit or stop their service, parts of the app may stop working.

8. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the service or other people. A suspended account is signed out at once.

9. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty. We do our best to keep it working but do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using or being unable to use it.

10. Changes

We may update the app and these terms; the latest version is on this page with its date. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
